Our Story

Founded in 2022 by a team of AI researchers and customer experience veterans, VocalAI Solutions emerged from a simple observation: traditional IVR systems frustrated customers and limited businesses. Despite decades of automation, customer service remained a pain point for enterprises and consumers alike.

We saw an opportunity in the rapid advances of natural language processing and speech recognition. Large language models demonstrated unprecedented understanding of context and nuance.
